Our journey began when we found ourselves on the side of businesses seeking remote talent from the Philippines, India, and Latin America. Our goal was to efficiently and cost-effectively address the growing needs of both our operations and those of our clients.
But we discovered something insightful: The best remote professionals we hired came from Latin America, LIKE YOU! Designers, copywriters, marketers, and web developers from Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Venezuela excelled in their skills and ease of collaboration.
That’s why we decided to share our secret. We created Virtual Latinos to connect US companies with affordable, high-caliber Latin American talent to fuel their growth.
Virtual Latinos is based in San Diego, California, and was founded in 2018 by a group of professionals led by our CEO, Jaime Nacach, a dynamic Latino entrepreneur who is an energetic leader, marketer, and tech enthusiast.
